YOUR WORK. YOUR CONTROL.

Privacy, in plain language.

This policy explains how the CueCalm Studio macOS app and this product website handle information.

01

Who is responsible

CueCalm Studio is maintained by its developer. You can contact the developer at wangwenfei2012@gmail.com about privacy, support, or this policy.

02

Your scripts and recordings

The app stores scripts, preferences, and recordings locally on your Mac. The current app has no account system and does not automatically upload scripts, recordings, camera frames, or microphone audio to developer-operated servers. Your operating system backups may contain app data, depending on your settings.

03

Camera and microphone

Camera access is used when you choose camera recording. Microphone access is used for recording audio and for voice following. You can deny or revoke these permissions in macOS System Settings. Fixed-speed prompting without recording can be used without either permission.

04

Speech recognition and Apple services

Voice following uses Apple’s on-device speech recognition. Audio supplied to this recognition path is processed on your Mac. Apple may need to download speech resources; those downloads and operating-system services are governed by Apple’s policies. Recognition availability depends on your device, language resources, and system configuration.

05

Sharing that you choose

When you choose to share or export a recording, the destination you select receives that content. Its handling is subject to the destination’s own policy. Sharing is not initiated automatically by the app.

06

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The current app contains no developer-integrated advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking SDK. This website adds no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. Language selection is represented in the page URL rather than a tracking profile.

07

Website hosting and support messages

The website hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP address, browser details, and requested URLs, to deliver and secure the site. If you email support, your email provider and the developer’s email provider process the message. The developer uses the information you send to respond and troubleshoot; include only information relevant to your request.

08

Retention and deletion

Local content remains on your Mac until you remove it. Deleted items can remain in the app’s Recently Deleted area until you permanently delete them. Exported copies and system backups must be managed separately. Support correspondence may be retained while needed to handle the issue and related follow-up; you can request deletion by email, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

09

Your choices and requests

You can manage permissions, delete local content, and decide whether to share a recording. The User Privacy Choices page provides instructions. For access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy requests concerning support correspondence, contact the developer. There is no developer-held cloud copy of your local scripts or recordings to retrieve or delete.

10

Children and policy updates

The app is a general-purpose creation tool and does not ask users for their age. The developer does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information in a support message, contact the developer. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
